Neco Hamilton is a knowledgeable and vibrant insurance agent from the beautiful state of Alabama. Before pursuing her passion for insurance, Neco's entrepreneurial spirit shined through multiple businesses for more than 20 years.

These businesses included but were not limited to, a hair salon and a restaurant.
Ultimately, she decided to follow her dreams of a career in insurance once and for all. After becoming a licensed agent, Neco went on to become Aflac's top business account opener within her first year in the Alabama and West Florida regions.

Additionally, she received many Aflac awards for consistently achieving and exceeding performance goals throughout the year. Concurrent to her time at Aflac, Neco was promoted to a managerial role with the Life of Alabama insurance company.

In the last couple of years, she joined Nick Floyd & Associates as the Executive Account Manager for the state of Alabama. Her tenure in that position led to a partnership venture and the formation of The Hamilton Agency & Associates, Inc.

As a local business owner and community advocate, Neco was recognized as a nominee for the 2017 Shoals Woman of the Year in the August 2017 edition of the Shoals Woman magazine sponsored by the Times Daily newspaper.

Neco truly believes that life and business should be conducted with a compassionate, caring, and committed attitude. Her vision is to shine a light on the necessity of life insurance to as many people as possible. Neco strives to offer affordable and sustainable options to everyone she has the pleasure of working with.
